Found converter flange @ cylinder head warped and leaking. Manifold gasket replaced twice prior, always leaks in same spot, rear upper corner. Converter will be replaced under warranty.
Found the door cam for the actuator broken allowing the arms to rotate too far and sticking in the cold position.
R/R tire tread very low and uneven. R/R hub bearing has excessive play. Rec replacing both rear tires and r/r hub bearing.

Found the exhaust manifold gasket leaking at the back side of the cylinder head. – Gasket will be replaced under warranty.
Found blend door actuator intermittently clicking once every few minutes. Blend door motor previously replaced, will be replaced under warranty. Found the passenger side rear converter gasket leaking. – gasket will be replaced under warranty.

P0430 – BANK 2 catalytic converter efficiency below threshold. Found the output temperature lower than the input temp and downstream O2 sensor switching quickly. Rec replacing the converter assembly and rechecking.
Tailpipe broken off @ muffler flange. Muffler is rotted. Rec replacing muffler and tailpipe.
