Found number 3 spark plug out of cylinder head. Threads appear to be OK at this time. New spark plug is threading in and tightening down. Can replace 1 spark plug and 1 ignition coil. Rec going through other cylinders and checking spark plugs for proper torque. ***If #3 plug comes out again, a thread insert may need to be installed or the cylinder head may be need to be replaced.***

– Note From Customer. I've heard noise since last service- a tin rattle type noise. Its on the drivers side ethier @ driver front wheel-well, under hood, or under car. I hear it often but not always consistent. Can be while I hit or go over a bump or RR tracks or just driving. I brought it in before, nothing was found. Perhaps you can trouble shoot for me.

Found the strut plates binding intermittently and popping. Sway bar end links also binding and popping.
Found the expansion valve sticking and not allowing the correct pressures. System is also low on refrigerant, shrader valves appear to be wet. Rec replacing the shrader valves, expansion valve and charging the system.
