- Found number 3 spark plug out of cylinder head. Threads appear to be OK at this time. New spark plug is threading in and tightening down. Can replace 1 spark plug and 1 ignition coil. Rec going through other cylinders and checking spark plugs for proper torque. ***If #3 plug comes out again, a thread insert may need to be installed or the cylinder head may be need to be replaced.***
