    • Brake inspection Road Test Vehicle. Remove and re install Wheel, Inspect Entire Brake system, Fluid, and Brake Line condition. Hydraulic leaks. Pad lining remaining is: Front ( %) Rear ( %) Notes: Front and rear rotors are rusted bad. Front calipers are very tight to retract. Rear calipers not compressing in. Rec replacing front and rear pad and rotor, calipers and hoses.

    • Road Test Vehicle. Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for Hydraulic leaks. Pad lining remaining is: Front ( 90 %) Rear (20-25%) – Front rotors are scored bad and warped. Front calipers are very tight to retract, slide pins also stuck. Rear pads and rotors are low, caliper parking brake levers stuck internally. Rec replacing front and rear calipers and hoses.

    • P2646 – Intake rock arm solenoid valve 1 stuck off. Commanded valve with scanner w/no response. Back probed solenoid and found good power and ground signal from PCM w/no solenoid operation. Rec. replacing valve assembly and rechecking.
    • Rear tires have a shake to them and the tread is low, from 2016. Rec replacing 2 rear tires, rotating them to front, checking balance on the existing tires and aligning the vehicle.

    • Found 2 codes P0520 – Engine oil pressure switch circuit. P0172 – Rich bank 1. Found the oil having a strong fuel odor. Inspected high pressure fuel pump and found it to be faulty causing oil to be saturated with fuel. Rec. replacing the high pressure fuel pump and rechecking. Found mid muffler seam split, rec replacing the muffler. Oil pressure switch is leaking some oil, rec. replacing.

    • 2 Codes present: P0010 – Intake camshaft position actuator solenoid valve control circuit. P0300 – Random cylinder misfire. Spark plugs are original. Throttle body is very dirty. Checked intake VVT solenoid, found the resistance jumping around in and out of spec. Exhaust VVT is showing high resistance as well. Wiring to solenoids all OK. Recommend replacing both VVT solenoids, spark plugs, carbon clean and rechecking.
    • INCLUDES CLEANING THE THROTTLE BODY, INTAKE MANIFOLD, INTAKE VALVES, & COMBUSTION CHAMBERS FROM HARMFUL DEPOSITS.
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – In-Line4 All
