- Battery showing charge and retest. Starter not engaging. Checked power, ground and signal to starter, ALL PRESENT @ this time. Rec replacing the starter motor and rechecking the battery after recharging. ***After repair, found the alternator locked up. Alternator and belt needs to be replaced.***
