Brake inspection Road Test Vehicle. Remove and re install Wheel, Inspect Entire Brake system, Fluid, and Brake Line condition. Hydraulic leaks. Pad lining remaining is: Front ( 20 %) Rear ( 30-40 %) Notes: Vehicle shaking from front and rear brakes. Front pads are getting low and squealing. Rec replacing pads and rotors all around. ***Customer requested just fronts be replaced at this time.***
RETURN WHEEL LOCK KEY TO PROPER AREA (If applicable)
Refrigerant charge is low. No visible leaks noticed at this time. Rec a/c service and installing dye.
Found exhaust heat shield loose @ converter assembly flange. Reclamped shield. Possible noise from converter heatshield.
DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary).]
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.

Front brakes @ 30-40%. Rear brakes @ 10%. Rec rear pad and rotor. ***During test drive, heard bearing noise from rear. Checked on lift, found both rear wheel bearings making a lot of noise. Rec both rear wheel bearings. 3 of 4 tires showing cords on the inside, rec replacing all 4 tires.
